Social Media Team

Ongoing HS & College

Manage Youth4AM's presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X/Twitter, Xiaohongshu, and LinkedIn — 2 platform managers per channel.

Responsibilities

  • Own one platform's content, community, analytics, and outreach
  • Plan, create, and schedule platform-native posts on a weekly cadence
  • Design visuals and short-form videos using Canva or Adobe Express
  • Track engagement metrics and compile monthly performance reports
  • Reach out to aligned student creators and partner accounts

  • Coordinate group meetings and ensure tasks are completed
  • Participate in project teams supporting program operations
